How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on whether or not your purchased items are in stock. If we have the items in stock, delivery will take an average of 2 - 3 working days. If we need to order the item via our suppliers, it may take up to 4 weeks, in the cases of international shipment. We will be in touch to let you know if this is the case. 

Can you process an urgent order?

Yes we can. Orders of items on hand within the greater Auckland area can sometimes be delivered within 24 hours. Please call us to let us know your order is urgent, and we can make it a priority.

Can you ship to addresses outside New Zealand?

Yes, we can! Please do email first, before placing an order via the website, as the shipping costs are variable. If we know what you would like to purchase, we can more accurately quote the shipping on the item(s).

How can I pay?

When you check out your cart, you will have the option to pay via PayPal or via Credit Card, or you can select 'on account'.

For individuals, when you select 'on account', this means we will email you an invoice, and once we receive payment via internet banking, we will ship your goods. For schools who have an account set up with us, when you select 'on account', we will ship your goods and you can pass the invoice to your accounts department at the school once you receive your goods.

Do you give student discounts?

Yes. If we have a relationship with your language school, we provide a special code for students to use when they log in. This will activate the discount. Please get in touch if you wish to set this up at your language school.

Are you able to send me a 'trial copy' of a book, so I can check it out before I purchase?

Yes. We are happy to do this within New Zealand with most resources. We don't do this with photocopiable teacher's resources or electronic resources, such as DVDs. When you receive your book on trial copy, you have two weeks to make up your mind as to whether you would like to purchase it. If you do, let us know, and we'll issue an invoice at that point. If you don't, simply return it to us in the same excellent condition.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

Yes you can. We are happy to provide a refund in cases where you may have ordered the wrong item, for example. This is in alignment with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.  Please note, we do not allow returns for photocopiable teacher's resources or electronic resources such as DVDs.
